Deep beneath the southern sea, the Dragon King has fallen gravely ill, and his court of fish and sea creatures cannot agree on what to do. A loyal terrapin, the court official Byeoljubu, sets out on a mission to the strange world on land. There he meets a rabbit who is far cleverer than he looks.
